Friendship status
(this maybe too long)
Sahabat and Friends
Both initially give the same definition physically; instead both terms actually illustrate two different situations in our friendships (you'd learnt that before).
Something about friends
Let us recalled our memories.
- When we were in kindergarten, we had some peers to play and learn with. Well, that time, I guess it is too young to understand the topic we are discussing now. We enjoyed our lives and there were not many responsibilities to hold on that time compared to who we are today. We played with crayons, magic pens, marbles and what so ever stuff we had.
- During primary school, life was not much change like in kindergarten. Thing I realized the different the most was that I got more friends. It was like when I know that person, automatically then she or he was my friend though we did not spend much time together. I had my diary I kept in my wardrobe which I wrote my story (don’t laugh). I asked my ‘best friend’ to fill some parts in my diary about their background; name, phone number, address, hobby etc. (I guess most of the girls did it). I really hoped they would still be my best friend forever.
- Being a secondary school student had really opened my eyes about friends. Most of us had quite good number of friends and so do I. Some of us had their own gang or study group that strengthened the friendship between the members. The juniors were very close with the seniors. The classmates and the roommates were very intimate among them. They are all friends!
How many of you who still keep in touch with those friends you had before today?
Though you have many friends, how many sahabat among your friends you have? (I should ask myself too)
A brief explanation about sahabat
Sahabat reflects who you are. It is very hard to find true friend but Islam has shown us the way to find sahabat. Some of the signs that she or he could be your sahabat are:One companion asked Rasulullah (saw), “Who can be my best friend?”#copy paste
Rasulullah (saw) answered, “Your best friend is a person: *when you see him, he makes you remember Allah; *when you listen to him, knowledge of Islam is increased; and *when you see his actions, you are reminded of the life of the Hereafter.”

So, Islam has told the ways to find the best friend. But, people keep saying that it is very hard to find even one best friend.
Have you ever think if everybody keep searching, hoping to meet a sahabat, but at the same time, we do not have the characteristics to be a best friend, how can we meet one? We may have someone, but typically it is very hard.
Therefore, why don’t we make changes?, rather than bothering ourselves to find sahabat, revert yourself to be a real muslim who satisfy the guidelines to be a best friend. Then, people will look for you.
Imagine (
Questions:
*will you be my best friend?#btw, dear best friends, please remind me, always.
*can I be your best friend?
*can we be best friend?
(I choose the third question)
That's all, sorry for any mistake, inconsiderable idea. (maybe)

The rising fuel price has
pushed up the price of other consumer products. How will this affect the
society? Give your opinion. You should write at least 350 words.
Money is not everything, yet people still need money to
continue breathing peacefully in today’s era of materialism. People who have
silver spoon in their mouth can live in luxurious way without worrying about
money, but how about the poor people? Either you realize it or not, rising in
fuel price which has pushed up the price of consumer products really affect the
society namely, widening the gap between the rich and poor background social,
increasing vice activities and reducing the population trend in a long term.
First and foremost, the gap between
the rich and the poor will grow at the same pace as the economic growth. Hence,
the poor will continuously stay in a rich world so that the rich get richer and
the poor get poorer. To illustrate, the rising in the price items causes the
poor hardly to support all the needs of their family as they do not have enough
money. In a meantime, their daily expenditure automatically multiplies and they
will try to cut it as much as they can. Conversely, the rich will stay in a
luxurious life although the world experiences this alteration in the price
items. As a result, the growing inequality gap between them gets broadened in
most every developing country including Malaysia. Therefore we can conclude
that the poor region will remain poor if there is no organization from the
responsible parties that can help them to reduce their burden.
Next, rising of fuel price can
cause the basic necessities of consumers’ products will be more costly and lead
to increase in vice activities among irresponsible people. Producers will store
and hoard the items in a warehouse to further increase the price of products
from time to time. At that point, the basic essentials such as sugar, rice and
flour will be great in demand and by hook or by crook, consumers still have to
purchase the items although the price is higher than usual. Furthermore, news
today reported that, smuggling of these items prove that vice activities is on
the rise. For example, rise in sugar price causes the producers to reduce the
distribution of sugar as it cost more fuel to travel to and from the
supermarket. To solve it, the government had taken an initiative to fix 2kg of
sugar per person; somehow, the sugar is still running out of stock. In an overall
view, increase of fuel price had definitely caused more hardship to society
today.
Other than that, the demographic of
the society will be greatly affected. Nowadays, society is more aware of birth
control and family planning as to maintain financial stabilities and ensure a
cozy life and also cater all the needs like food, clothes, and education.
Hence, society will consciously decide not to have too many children since new
families with fewer children will surely spend less on basic necessities. Consequently,
the population will greatly incline which leads to reduction of workforce in
future. Moreover, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad stated that in Vision 2020, in our
drive to move vigorously ahead nothing is more important then the development
of human resources. Therefore, the productivity and prosperity of our
country will be affected in future.
In conclusion, incline in consumer
products due to increase in fuel price has become an irony among the society.
Why don’t we turn a new leaf rather than keep discussing about this issue by
giving subsidy for each product because even the fuel price has risen, we are
still able to purchase the products as the same price as before; no need to
change the bar code, tag price or advertise the new price of products. Thus,
the government should consider other alternative to put a stop to this
matter.
